Summary
These settings affect how eValid selects starting domains during site analysis runs.

Explanations
Here are explanations for the options shown above.

• Current Page. The run starts with the current page. The site analysis reports that are generated will be put in the location specified in the Output Settings area.

• Prompt User. The user is asked to specify the URL at which to start the run. If you have chosen this option at the start of site analysis you will see the following dialog box:

  

  By default eValid will include your current URL in the Address section and it will include your current working directory in the Parent Working Directory section. (It is a parent working directory because the site analysis process generates several files and several folders.)

• Include Base Site. Adds domain of base site into the search.

• Include Sites (comma separated). Additional domains are included in the search if they are listed here.

• Preserve Include Sites List. Saves your current Include Site list to a file for later use. The file name is remembered as part of your User Profile.

• Also import Include Sites/Subsites from File. If selected, eValid will import a list of "also to be included domains" from a given file. You can Browse... for the file and/or Edit... the current list.
