4. QW2000 Announcements: New Double Conference & A New (Back to our Hometown)
   Location!

SR Institute is proud to announce two exciting new changes to the Quality
Week Conference: The expansion of Quality Week 2000 to a Double Conference,
now offering sessions on both Software *and* Internet Quality, and its
return to the city of San Francisco!

The booming E-commerce industry has brought to light the importance of
WebSite and Internet quality. More and more businesses use their WebSites
as interactive "web fronts" for their customers. The reliability, security
and quality of a WebSite is more important than ever. The Internet already
plays a big role; in the future an even greater portion of software quality
and security issues will be involved with the web and the Internet.

In fact, the growing interest in Internet Quality was evident at Quality
Week Europe '99, held November 1-5, 1999 in Brussels, Belgium. Sessions in
the Bonus Conference on Web Quality Issues were in very high demand. The
overall enthusiasm for this track prompted us to expand the scope and
vision of this event for QW2000, giving equal priority to sessions dealing
specifically with the quality of the Internet.

We are also excited about the return of Quality Week to San Francisco. The
vibrant economy of SF has made this an exciting time to bring the
conference back to its hometown! From the ascendancy of the high-tech and
"dot.com" industry -- with 1000 Internet companies located in the South of
Market (SoMA) district of SF -- to the construction of the new PacBell Park
and the new Metreon Entertainment Center, we are confident that you will
get the right audience and the right entertainment.

Plan now to join us at Quality Week 2000 in SAN FRANCISCO!

Whether as a Speaker or Delegate we are certain that you will benefit from
participating at this premier event. We invite you to experience the new
Internet Quality Conference -- where new and emerging issues specifically
on the quality of your WebSite will be discussed -- and the Software
Quality Conference -- where sessions dedicated to software quality will
continue to provide focused, comprehensive information on the entire range
   of software quality issues.

Mark your calendars, the dates for QW2000 and QWE2000 are set! QW2000
will be held 30 May - 2 June 2000 in San Jose, California; QWE2000 will be
held 1-5 November 2000 in Brussels, Belgium. The QW2000 Call for
Participation is available for download at:

5. Technical Point Of Contact (TPOC) (REPEAT ITEM)

Our records show _you_ as the person acting as the Technical Point Of
Contact (TPOC) for TestWorks information for your organization. If that's
correct there's nothing to be done; you'll continue to receive this memo by
   Email.

The TPOC is the main person in charge of receiving information about all
TestWorks products at your installation. This person might be your
system-admin or the TPOC might best be the test lead. There can be several
   TPOC's for a TestWorks installation.

Please Email all changes, corrections, and additions to .
Please include your CID number in your Email.
