Telesales

Our TestWorks Product Telesales Group is looking for highly motivated, self-managing people to participate in the Company's current growth in sales volume. Positions are available for Senior Account Managers with 5+ years of experience in inside telesales, a background in software technology sales, or equivalent related sales experience. Our competitive compensation package (base salary + commission + performance bonuses) can take you well over six figures you are a superior performer.

Positions are available for Account Representatives with 1-4 years experience in inside telesales, sales administration and/or sales support. Our competitive compensation package (base salary + commissions + bonuses) can take you over six figures if you are a great performer.

Positions are available for Customer Support Representatives with 0-3 years experience. Our competitive compensation package (base salary + bonuses) can push your earnings to a very high level, based on experience.

For all assignments experience in the software testing arena is not a requirement, but IS a plus. All positions require BS/BA and relevant work experience. Familiarity with both MSWindows/95/NT and/or UNIX X/Motif software development and support product area is a must.

Product Sales
Sales Engineer

Our TestWorks Product Sales Group is looking for highly motivated technical people to work as Sales Engineers. The successful candidate will have a BS/BA in a technical field, 3-5+ years technical experience with UNIX and/or MSWindows platforms, preferably with systems programming or testing tools. Duties will include support of customers, technical presentations, some technical training. Our competitive compensation package (base + sales-based incentive bonus) is based on experience and qualifications.

Windows
Product
Developers

Our WINDOWS Product Development Group is looking for people to participate in development and deployment of the Company's next generation of MSWindows-based TestWorks software test tools, with special emphasis on Web-Based testing and performance measurememnt.

Successful applicants will have 3-5+ in-depth years experience with MSWindows (3.1, 95/NT) development including C-C++, MFCs and/or UNIX X/Motif C-C++ platforms. Good language and written communication skills, and a BS or higher in Computer Science or related field is a requirement. Significant experience in cross-platform GUI (Motif, MSWindows) development and with C/C++ development environments, particularly with Visual C++, is a must. Prior software tool development experience is a plus.

Development Leads

Our Windows Product Development Group is looking for senior technical people to be product leads for the Company's Windows-based TestWorks software test tools, with special emphasis on Web-Based testing and performance measurememnt.

Successful applicants will have 5+ in-depth years experience with MSWindows platforms (including NT), experience in integrating product offerings built in C++ with MFC, experience in managing technical product development teams (technology, implementation, documentation, support), excellent language and written communication skills, and an BS/MS or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent product lead experience. Experience in cross- platform GUI (Motif, MSWindows) development and with C/C++ or Visual C++ development with MFC and/or OLE environments is a must. Prior software test tool development experience is an added advantage.

Our UNIX Product Development Group is looking for people to participate in development and deployment of the Company's next generation of UNIX-based TestWorks software test tools.

Group

Our TestWorks Technical Support Group is looking for people with general technical experience with UNIX platforms and/or with MSWindows platforms.

The positions open will involve a variety of tasks, including trouble-free porting between platforms, pre-sales customer contact, post-sales customer support, development and maintenance of comprehensive product test suites, configuration control processes, and trouble reporting and resolution.

Successful applicants will have 3-5+ years experience with UNIX and/or MSWindows platforms, prior direct experience in a technical support role, good language and written communication skills, and a BS or higher in Computer Science or related field. Prior experience in software testing and in automated testing is a real plus.

Software Test
Product Support

Entry level and advanced software product testing and product support positions are available. Candidates must be computer literate and have working knowledge of at least one programming language, e.g. C, C++, and at least one working environment (either UNIX or MSWindows/95/NT). Hourly wage commensurate with ability and experience. Flexible hours for part-time assignments.

Software Test/QA
Product Support

Our Product Assurance and Quality Process Architecture activity is expanding and seeks new personnel to contribute to improved quality and reliability of the entire TestWorks product line.

Entry level and advanced software product testing and product support positions are available. Candidates must be have a BS/BA, be computer literate and have working knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g. C, C++, Ada) and at least one working environment (either UNIX or MSWindows/95/NT). UNIX familiarity a MUST.

Documentation

Our Product Documentation Group is looking for experienced FrameMaker people with general technical writing background for UNIX platforms and/or MSWindows platforms.

The positions open will involve a variety of tasks, including updating existing technical documentation, creating manuals for new products, preparing technical Application Notes, interviewing customers for success stories, preparing promotional and collateral material, and handling minor technical support issues.

Successful applicants will have 2-4+ years experience with FrameMaker (Frame) (Ver. 5.n, preferably), at least two years experience in documentation for products on UNIX and/or MSWindows platforms, or significant equivalent technical writing experience, BS or higher degree is a minimum requirement. Prior experience in software development, software testing or in software tools is a plus.
